Inturotel Azul Garden - Cala d'Or (Mallorca)

Family-friendly resort with a lagoon-style swimming pool in Cala d'Or

Amenities and Pools

The Inturotel Azul Garden in Cala d'Or has a large lagoon-style swimming pool that winds through Mediterranean gardens with pine and palm trees. Two outdoor pools are available, one with a shallow end for children, and both are surrounded by sun loungers and sun umbrellas. A poolside snack bar serves drinks, ice creams, and light meals, while guests also have access to the facilities of the nearby Cala Azul resort, including a breakfast restaurant.

Accommodation

Azul Garden offers spacious one-bedroom apartments with a separate living area and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and two-ring hob. Each apartment includes a private balcony or terrace, satellite TV, and air conditioning with a 20°C minimum setting. Rooms are cleaned five days a week, and extra towels or sheets are available on request.

Location and Surroundings

The hotel is located 150 metres from Cala Esmeralda beach and a 5-minute walk from Cala Ferrera, with the town centre of Cala d'Or 800 metres away. Mondragó Natural Park is a short drive or bus ride away, offering hiking trails and birdwatching among coastal cliffs. Shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance, and a road train runs to the marina.

Wellness and Activities

Cala Azul Garden provides a wellness program that includes daily yoga sessions on the beach and guided mindfulness walks through the gardens. Massage treatments can be booked at the hotel, and guests can use the gym (though air conditioning is limited). Outdoor activities such as diving, horse riding, tennis, mini golf, and table tennis are available on-site or nearby.

Family and Children

Inturotel Azul Garden has a kids' club with supervised activities and an entertainment team that organises games and discos for children. A separate children's pool and a large grass area for play are on the grounds, and the pool rules restrict inflatables but allow small rubber rings.
